STORAGE & CARE INSTRUCTIONS

I take great care when packaging toppers, but accidents can happen during transit. If you receive a damaged item, please contact me with a picture showing the damage and I will try to help you fix it as much as possible.

• Once you receive the items, please unwrap them carefully and place them loosely in a cool dark place (not airtight), e.g., the kitchen cupboard or the cardboard box they came in.
• Keep them away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture.
• Please DO NOT put the fondant toppers in the fridge or freezer.
• After the event you can either repack your toppers into the box or display them in a display cabinet away from moisture, heat, and sunlight.
• I include storage instructions with every order.

PLACING YOUR ORDER

• Colours and details can be customised according to your requirements. If you have a custom requirement or need changes, please contact me BEFORE you place the order.
• When placing the order, please state when you need the toppers by, name and/or age if you selected personalisation and the colour for the name and the age.
• I make all figures to order, and it takes around 3 days for the figures to dry, safe enough to post. Please ALLOW ME A MINIMUM OF 10 DAYS to prepare and dispatch your order.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

• Due to the nature of the products, I do not accept returns or exchanges.
• If you need to cancel, please request a cancellation within 6 HOURS OF PURCHASE.
